Hey man, Ave not checked this for ages as ave hardly been trainin. Slipped big time. Been working away alot and not seen much of the gym but back to the routine tomorrow so here it goes again. You still goin hardcore.

alright mate, not many scots on here so thought ad just message you and tell you think your in great shape espacially considering your age and the fact you just train alone in your room. Good achievements matey. keep it up. Hope a can stay as commited.
