I started working out because its a necessity when playing sports
Why I Love It:
I love getting comments and love the way i feel after a work out. It feels good to be comfortable with your body no matter how hard it is to get it that way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results is enough to keep myself movtivate but compliments and training magazines help as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Kansas 5a/6a state championship power lifter of the year in 2004 breaking the hang clean record and overall total record. Prior to that i was 02 and 03 champion as well but not overall champion during those years.
