I started working out because its a necessity when playing sports
Why I Love It:
I love getting comments and love the way i feel after a work out. It feels good to be comfortable with your body no matter how hard it is to get it that way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results is enough to keep myself movtivate but compliments and training magazines help as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Kansas 5a/6a state championship power lifter of the year in 2004 breaking the hang clean record and overall total record. Prior to that i was 02 and 03 champion as well but not overall champion during those years.

Those great lifting stats certainly don't lie here with that thick and ripped back, good lats, excellent delts, powerful looking biceps and thick forearms. Keep us posted how the chest is doing. Andre
