I was stuck in Kuwait in the ARMY and my only options were to eat burgers and fries or workout. I chose the latter of the two and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
For every day that I miss a workout, there is an inmate working out to kick my ass. Somewhere, someone is working out, if I take a day off, I'm already that much further behind, and re-actions are proven slower than actions. On top of that, I love the way I feel during and after working out. I love the sore feeling days after a hard workout. And I love getting compliments and turning heads when I go places. My sister once called me, "Disgustingly Muscular". I thought it was a great compliment. My wife used to laugh when guys at the gym would stop their workout and just watch me do mine. That's why I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated, because everyday the criminals are working out in prison looking forward to the day they get out, so they can beat down a cop, and I want to be the one they are priviliged enough to run in to. I keep working out, because I could not live with myself if one of these criminals were to get the best of my partner and there was something I could have done about it. I work out so I can go HOME to my loving, supportive wife and two kids EVERY morning. (I work nights, therefore 7am is the end of my day). On top of all that, there are way too many cops dying of heart attacks on the job after a brief struggle or chase, and "I WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEM". Another thing that keeps me motivated is www.odmp.org Check it out

Why I like this video: Because I get to watch it as often as I want without dropping a dumbell on my toe. If this chick worked out in my gym, I would never get anything done.

Why I like this video: Excellent Variations of Movements and he looks Very Comfortable on Stage. Excellent Example for Rookie Posers like myself.

It's been a while since I posted, so I thought I'd drop a line to let everyone know what has been up. After the show in April, I gained 11 pounds back overnight and 12 more by the next weekend. So in all, I gained 23 pounds back in a week, of the 29 I had originally lost. I ate for 3 days...
Hi Craig! I thought I just saw you in The Hulkster's pic at the Texas Shredder. Congrats on placing!!! You looked great- muscular, cut-up and symmetrical- way to go (y) Keep up the great work.
Jon
Thanks for the reply. Good luck with the upcoming competitions. I will see if I can make it this weekend. I am about to go on a trip so it's crazy over here. Best of luck. Keep up the great work.
