I was stuck in Kuwait in the ARMY and my only options were to eat burgers and fries or workout. I chose the latter of the two and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
For every day that I miss a workout, there is an inmate working out to kick my ass. Somewhere, someone is working out, if I take a day off, I'm already that much further behind, and re-actions are proven slower than actions. On top of that, I love the way I feel during and after working out. I love the sore feeling days after a hard workout. And I love getting compliments and turning heads when I go places. My sister once called me, "Disgustingly Muscular". I thought it was a great compliment. My wife used to laugh when guys at the gym would stop their workout and just watch me do mine. That's why I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated, because everyday the criminals are working out in prison looking forward to the day they get out, so they can beat down a cop, and I want to be the one they are priviliged enough to run in to. I keep working out, because I could not live with myself if one of these criminals were to get the best of my partner and there was something I could have done about it. I work out so I can go HOME to my family EVERY morning. (I work nights, therefore 7am is the end of my day). On top of all that, there are way too many cops dying of heart attacks on the job after a brief struggle or chase, and "I WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEM". The last thing that keeps me motivated is www.odmp.org Check it out

I did a fairly heavy Quad workout this morning. I started off with some light two leg extensions to warm up, then moved over to the Smith Machine and did 2 warmup sets of 195 for 15 and then 3 sets of with 285 for 10. I moved over to the Barbell Squat rack and did 3 sets of 225 for 15. The...
I just wanted to stop by to congratulate you on all of your hard work and the great results you have achieved. I believe that people such as yourself who have worked hard to get their body into great shape and who many times are looked upon for advice or as a role model should be acknowledged and complimented. I hope that you have a fantastic 4th weekend and are able to stay strong, focused & determined. May God bless.
Hey Craig, how's it going? I know how much hard work and dedication it takes to achieve such a physique. Incredible job man, just incredible. And congrats on the new baby.
Craig, your pics are still the best motivation I've got.
(Man, that sounds cheesy sometimes!! Especially dude to dude. Anyway, take it for what it is, Craig.)
How's that baby? You and the missus notice yet that nobody asks about you two anymore??? Happens to us all, man. Great days for you both, though.
just 3 months to lose the body fat? i tried dieting but it's not working.
any clue what kind of food i have to eat?
my breakfast is oatmeal + white egg + milk & white bread + peanut butter.
lunch & dinner is white rice with some home made chinese food.
after training or late night snack is white egg + milk.
wow! incredible!
1999 pic is already nice i think, and look at you right now!
i don't know i still need how many years to have that kind of physique, because i trained for about 4 years but my progress is not good.
Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). Thanks for posting!
