Thanks Brother I just finished up my Comp in Miami ended up in 5th place out of 80 so not the top but respectable placing. I'll try again next year

I've trainined legs hard for years due to fooball backround. IM doing them heavy early in week and touching the lightly for reps later in week (Lunges for quads)or (Bulgarian Split Squat)

Thanx for the comments. The Carb Slam. Very Starchy leaves that chalk taste in your mouth but the nutritional part well worth its straight carbs no sugars and needed after a good work out
