Yeah the benefits are unreal. See I don't ever do the WODs.. i just cycle through about 12 different "hero" workouts, yesterday was Daniel. I should start doin em though

I couldn't agree more man.. they're amazing! The workouts you love to hate - always tough. I've only been doing in about 5 weeks but my times are slashed in half for most of the workouts and my body is loving it. Keep it up bro!

I'm kinda OCD right now lol, working out 5-6 days a week with 2 a days some days. I'd say average 8 workouts a week.. what about you? You're looking yolked

I have been pretty lean, I'm an ectomorph type body, so it's always harder for me to gain muscle than lose fat. If my diet is spot on, I can maintain 5% bodyfat. So I make sure my weight training sessions and Crossfit workouts are intense as possible to make the most of them. Intensity is key to gettin that dream body I believe. How's your diet look? That's also crucial to results

Thanks man. I only do cardio in the form of HIIT, sprints, then slow jog twice a week. I'll do 2 miles, sprinting the straights and slow jogging the curves for 8 laps, so 16 total sprints.
Diet I'm trying to dial in. I either go low carb high protein high fat OR high carb high protein low fat depending how I look/feel that day
