I've played every sport in the book since I was like 5 or something. Always been an active person and that will hopefully never change. I love to see how much my body can handle and to keep gettin better!
Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling good and motivated. The amount of effort you're willing to put into your workout and shaping your body correlates to how hard you're willing to challenge yourself in life itself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that improving physically and mentally every day is the best thing I can do for myself. People who I inspire and who ask me for advice also keep me going strong.

Crossfit once or twice, 5 days a week. If you haven't tried Crossfit, you are missing out on some serious strength and conditioning gains. I'm not trying to look like a bodybuilder or get huge, so these workouts are perfect.
Cardio optional after Crossfit/weights or first thing in the morning....
LOL Ummm...I think I know more about nutrition than I actually put into practice :( But I've been good for 6 weeks now, so I've been a health nut lately :) And did you just slip up with the donuts or is that normal? LOL
That's a lot of working out each day :) Mine are going really well...I've lost a lot of weight and feel like I'm in such better shape than I've been in since May. I'm trying to add some muscle too though, so we'll see how it goes :)
I don't think I ever had a passion for it either...but yeah, of course I'm still working out :) LOL I just run twice a week now and do weights the other three days. What kind of workouts are you doing?
Thanks :) One day awhile back I went out to run and just didn't feel like it anymore. It was like an endless cycle and totally messed up my eating. Literally, it was making me fat...so that's reason enough to quit LOL

Well, it started raining...you know LOL I'm sure it's all nice and sunny down there though :) No, not running as much anymore...only 14 miles a week now...and I'm not missing it LOL So what sort of acting do you want to do?
Yes, I did...it's past Molalla towards Portland. There's nothing here...you wouldn't even notice it LOL Wish I lived in downtown Portland though...don't know if you've been there lately, but there are all of these really tall, huge new condo buildings being built along the river...that's where I wanna live :)
Oh man I would strongly recommend starting the daily WOD's. I would also suggest subscribing to the Journal, it's only 25$ a year and it gives you all kinds of articles, videos and other great info.
