I'm looking to do two competitions next summer/fall...one figure and one fitness model. I'm at 18% body fat and want to drop down to at least 12% and be in the best shape ever!!! I also want my 27 in waist back lol!
From 220 to 185 now going to fully dedicate myself to getting back to that 220 mark by christmas, rededication time to the iron game. Also time to kick the bad habit that comes with baseball, chewing tobaco no more room for that in my life!
Had a MAJOR setback. Sprained my wrist back in December and just now started back. Instead of puttin on 10 lbs of muscle I'm gonna loose 20lbs of fat. Long as my wrist holds up.
