i want to gain 15kg muscle mass by december 2009 for the start of my track season.
Goal (Long):
Bottom line, i want a spectacular body. i want to look the best i can and have a perfectly balanced physique. Bodybuilding must become a BIG part of my life if i am going to gain the muscle and achieve good definition.
Being a track athlete it's very important to have a well balanced and well conditioned frame in order to achieve maximum results and to avoid injury. So my goal this year is to bulk up to 85kg by december. And to be running sub 11.0 seconds for the 100m by mid january.
This was the first profile i looked at and probably still the most inspiring that ive seen. Great personal vids, very informative and helpful. something like the physique that i want eventually. good work josh.
ooh whats rest pause? ive never heard of it before?
i did back and bis tonight, it was not very exciting. i just felt tired. =\
anyway, bed time for me, need to go make my muscles grow. =D
