not too bad this month, havent really lost havent really gained, bit dissapointing. still happy with how im going. time to focus on BICEPS!!! YEEEP.

i want to gain 15kg muscle mass by december 2009 for the start of my track season.
Goal (Long):
Bottom line, i want a spectacular body. i want to look the best i can and have a perfectly balanced physique. Bodybuilding must become a BIG part of my life if i am going to gain the muscle and achieve good definition. Being a track athlete it's very important to have a well balanced and well conditioned frame in order to achieve maximum results and to avoid injury. So my goal this year is to bulk up to 85kg by december. And to be running sub 11.0 seconds for the 100m by mid january.

ooh whats rest pause? ive never heard of it before? i did back and bis tonight, it was not very exciting. i just felt tired. =\ anyway, bed time for me, need to go make my muscles grow. =D
