Breenee Thanks! :) I'm hitting the diet hard until dr. ok's me to return to the weights. I hurt my left arm at the beginning of Nov. and dr. said to lay off the lifting until he ok's it. My appt. is wednesday, so I hope he gives me good news! :) Keep up the good work!! Nov 27, 2011 11:44am

Pure-Natural Supplementation is only one part of the total package to get fit...it's diet, training, cardio, water intake etc. that makes it all come together. More supplementation is not the key. It's all the other components that make it all come together. Yes, it can take 5-6 months to see significant results but they should last if there is a schedule to maintain. too quick of gain or loss typically gets washed away.
