When I Started:
How I Started:
I have always been fat and graded being 225lbs of fat. I worked hard to get "skinny" (160lbs). Then realized I didn't want to be skinny or fat and actually wanted to have some muscle on my body started working out and "bulking" and got upto about 185lbs. In the process of doing this I got injured. Lost motivation for the last 2 years and got really fat (260lbs!) Now its time to work hard and get the body I have dreamed about for too long!!
Why I Love It:
I honestly don't love it. I do it because I don't want to be how I am. Its hard to find time to work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read articles and various posts on bodybuilding.com.
BB Accomplishments:
NONE! Never got the damn 6pac I wanted.
