thanks. I really worked my tail off at first, but my progress has slowed here lately. Its hard to get in the gym 4-5 days a week right now. But just going 3 days a week I have seen some strength gains just by changng my workouts a little.

Yeah, my wife and I go to the gym together ~ I'm body building, and she's trying to lose weight ~ its hard to workout together sometimes, but we do support each other.

I haven't updated anything for a few weeks. I think my shoulders and forearms have increased. But I got sick and took a week off from lifting so I dunno, the last time I took a week off I lost almost 4 lbs.

How bad do you want to change your body? Get informed, learn everything you can and appy it in the gym. You can see by my pics that it wasn't very long ago that I was a ...toothpick. *LOL*

yeah, i did the same thing awhile back when I was taking a weight gainer, but I stopped taking it for now and am trying to discipline myself to eat more of the right things...but I'll probably go back to my weight gainer soon. What kind of chest workout are you doin?

Its okay. I'm not in the gym more than 3 times a week and I've stopped taking the weight gainer supplements for awhile, so I expect some slow down in my weight. I think its better to focus on overall fitness and strength than on the scales.

Thanks ~ If I ate like I should I'de probably 10 lbs more, but what helped me gain so fast was a mix of weight gainer, protein shakes and creatine. I was lifting 5 days a week then as well. I'm down to 3-4 days a week now. Your pecs look well rounded though, and thats what I'm trying to accomplish. Sometimes slow and steady wins the race! Don't rush things. How long have you been training?
