How I Started: I'm starting to feel the effects of years of drinking and smoking. Felt too damn old for 33 and decided to do something about it.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Kinda starting over after 5 months of no workouts. Looking forward to getting back in touch with all of you.
Goal (Long): To live healthy, be happy, love life. To develop a fine degree of physical fitness and overall strength. To work myself back up to 4+ days in the gym. This time I want to put more focus on chest development and building mass in my arms.

Well I'm back in the gym again after an almost 5 month absence. Back down to 130 lbs. And trying to eat as much as I can handle , and then a little more. I'm easing back into it, and my goal is to get back to at least 4 days a week sometime in June.

No. I switched to antoher one. I now use Probolic SR (cookies&cream). Muscletech works but I don't like the taste; it's too gritty.

Joe, my workouts are in a wreak right now. We are selling our business--a good thing. The next week or so will be busy but after that I'll be back on track, more time, more focus, better schedule to eat the way I need/want to. Cool new profile pic.
