Kinda starting over after 5 months of no workouts. Looking forward to getting back in touch with all of you.
Goal (Long):
To live healthy, be happy, love life. To develop a fine degree of physical fitness and overall strength. To work myself back up to 4+ days in the gym. This time I want to put more focus on chest development and building mass in my arms.
Well I'm back in the gym again after an almost 5 month absence. Back down to 130 lbs. And trying to eat as much as I can handle , and then a little more. I'm easing back into it, and my goal is to get back to at least 4 days a week sometime in June.
The new prof pic is great. And it really shows off just how much size you've put on since June - arms, shoulders, chest. Great work. Hard to believe you only started in June.
Joe, my workouts are in a wreak right now. We are selling our business--a good thing. The next week or so will be busy but after that I'll be back on track, more time, more focus, better schedule to eat the way I need/want to. Cool new profile pic. I'm looking forward to getting some progress pics up myself. I noticed your weight ticked up a couple of lbs. Keep up the good work. From the pic it looks like your BF is staying below 10% --Stewart
Joe, I like the new profile pic. I see in your blog that you'll be home for a while. I enjoy working out at home. I can be done with only a few things. Do some searches on body weight exercises. There are a lot of great ones out there. See http://www.beastskills.com/ to get you started. --Stewart
Joe, I just stopped in to check your stats. I see a little dip in your body weight. How's the BF doing? My workouts have been more consistant lately. I'm enjoying that. --Stewart
Well I need to change a lot on my body, I have nearly no muscles and some fat I need to burn away. I'm working hard to get it done
I saw your pics tho, your first month progress was amazing...later
