So today my friend and I worked out Bi's and Tri's. This workout gets you crazy pumped...and if it doesn't...then you probably have a blood deficiency and should go to the hospital! ok so this is a superset program, you do a bi exercise, followed immediately by a tricep exercise, thats one...
