Just put in an order for white flood and purple wraath, (I've heard some good things with CL' stuff), along with ON's GAINER, the 10lb bag...lol. All new sups to me so let see if we can put on some size!
I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

well i havent officially started yet b/c i'm still in volleyball this is my last week and i can concentrate on training for a few weeks... i'm exhausted, my ankles were swollen for 2 days b/c of fluid, b/c i played ball for 7hours straight so i had to let that heal, but next week i'll be back at it for sure! :)
