How I Started:
I have always been active with sports (football, soccer, gymnastics) and got into basic weight training during high school athletics. I went on to compete as a collegiate gymnast which basically destroyed my body through multiple surgeries/injuries. Now that I've graduated/healed, lifting has become my new "happy place" where all the worries, fears and pains in this world just disappear; all that remains is the urge to pick up something heavy and make something better of myself.
Why I Love It:
While the end-result is always a nice thing, I enjoy the in-the-moment burning pain and the immediate post-workout struggle to move your body. Lets me know I've truly worked hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
Goals are like limits, they're set to be broken. Motivation, don't need any. I'm addicted!!!

hey bro thanks!! i love gymnastics tried them whe i was a kid but got into football so i had to choose. i learned to do back flips which was cool. Ckeck this guy out CALISTHENICS KINGZ he says all he does is body weigth exercises, i m trying to do that hope fully i can acomplish some close to that.

Just took that exam that's been keeping me out of the gym the past few weeks...hitting up massive back workout tomorrow and getting back into the swing of things
