How I Started:
Started while I was in the Marine Corps playing football. Never really knew what I was doing, so I never stuck with it. Lifted off and on for five years. Last two years have been non stop.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief. Pushing myself, seeing the changes

I think of something in the past that pisses me off.
