I feel somewhat healthier now, but I want to be able to full on adopt a new lifestyle - where I eat sensibly - both with the right food and the right portions. I also want to continue on to with my fitness/workout regiment. I think if I focus on those 2 areas, I will achieve what it is I'm looking for: to be around a good, hard, lean 200 pounds with a sensible amount of bf.
Another weekend of overeating. Not just regular run-of-the-mill overeating. This was Championship Overeating Extravaganza 2009! Ok, not that bad, and it really only was one massive meal where we went to this really awesome buffet for brunch...but if you also tack on all the other little...
Switching it up a bit. Focusing on trying to lose fat. "Slow" cardio Monday (and maybe Wednesdays) for 20-40 mins. Tuesday and Thursday are a group fitness class called "Adrenaline" - a kick ass boot camp type workout. Fridays are weight days and Saturdays I go for a run.
LOL....nope, I'm not superhuman. Just got my goals tatoo'd on my brain. Been extra focused on diet past 2 mths. And DIET is 80-90% of the work in dropping bodyfat. Remember, I'm 47. Just breathing in the smells of junk & sweets adds 2 lbs to my waist..... ;)
yeah i know what you mean it is hard to burn fat. my workouts are going OK i swim everyday and take a step aerobics class for 2 hours by the end of the day i just want to sleep LOL.
Thx for the add. Hope you survived your Friday cravings. I had a treat night (very chocolatey cakes), but my wife & I were celebrating our anniversary. Now, back to clean eating.....Have a good w/e.

You look so sad in your pictures!! And the gnarly old jogging pants don't help either. But I guess the point of a 'before' picture is to look really bad, right?
