Seeing how far i have come, how much progress is made, and how far i have to go to reach my goal. The networking (meeting alot of people) helps in my career and in lifting.

Last week was horrible i was sent home from work and put on quarters for 48hrs. Tha cold,flu, and other sickness is going around. Unfortunately i missed a whole week of lifting and am off ALL my suppliments and it is horrible! The Doc wont let me start back up on supps for another month or so.
