How I Started:
I have always worked out since high school, but then got hurt and gained a ton of weight. I have since lost 80 pounds and I would say I have gotten super super serious about November of 06. I am pretty happy considering how I used to look (lol) but I want to lose the rest of my fat and be super cut. I might consider competing if I can get down to where I need to be.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress, gives me self-confidence and makes me happy! I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about how far I have come and how I don't want to go back!!! I have only 14 pounds to go until I reach my goal...

Goal (Long):
I have already lost 80 pounds over the past 5 years. Since November 06, I have been working extra hard and started adding pilates and yoga to my normal workout routine. I must say I have seen significant improvement! I want to continue losing fat and my final goal weight is 135 and BF% is 15%. I had surgery last October and have been less than eager to pick back up where I left off. So, now it is time to get my butt back into gear...and hit the ground running. I want to lose the 25 pounds I gained over the past year. I have a new life, new house, new gym so hopefully I will have new motivation.

hey to everyone out there in bodybuilding cyberspace....
i got my mile down to 9:45! that is 15 seconds under the time limit for SWAT tryouts (even though there is no position open at the moment). that was an accomplishment, i didn't think i ever gonna make it below the 10 min...
your progress pics are amazing. I am new to bodybuilding.com and have excess fat to lose from 3 pregnancies in 6 yrs time. could you please let me know what supplements you used to help lose the fat?
