Background
My dad is fit and has been bodybuilding for a long time; Although strict, he raised us up in martial arts all our lives to keep us fit. Now we just need to maintain. I'm a former certified aerobics instructor which kept me fit. Now that I'm back in school with a different major plus my training career outside the gym, I'm having to work extra hard. Falling off the workout wagon is super easy with all the stress I carry. Being vain helps a lot though.
Again, I attribute my love of health and fitness to my dad. He is still super fit and is the one responsible for our high endurance, fast metabolism and good genetics --health comes easy because our bodies are filled with the right stuff and are conditioned well. Bodybuilding is new to me. I've been all about cardio and small portion of strength. Now, I have a different path since life is evolving yet once again...
