well someone decided to punch a hole in the door on the stall in the bathroom and if some dont fess up, they are threating to close the gym down temperarily as punishment. this place blows!

Things are going well, have you thought about also taking BSN Nitrix? It is a great combo with the other supps your taking .

if ur over seas.. stay away form the fatty food, but eat as much as you can and lift as hard as you can... i went form 145 after my back surgery to almost 170 in a month or two... just kill it, dont say ehhh mayb ei will just sit on the comp and chat or go watch movies or play cards.. get it in and go till you cant move your arms! or whatever you are working... also take a look into a good stack, i just started Double T NO-creatine stack.. lets see what it brings..
