I have always been a sickly person and I wanted to change that. SO after doing a some research I created a diet and a workout.
Why I Love It:
I love the results, the changes in my body and the changes in my strength make it all worth it for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Dicipline, and a really mean dwarf of a personal trainer named Guido.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log, mark the wieght and reps I accomplish at each session.

Brand new to bodyspace and bodybuilding, so for my first bodyblog I thought I would post my diet.
Meal 1, 2 breakfast burritoes (1 chicken breast, 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, chedder cheese, and 2 whole wheat tortillas)
Meal 2, Protien yogourt(1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup yogourt),...
