dude that is freaking awesome! i dream of squatting that much. and deadlifted 315 10x. great stuff there. Yeah a few of us have started swinging the bats in the cage every sunday but its hard to work on fielding in the gym... we try tho, lol. Our team gets to play a regular season game on a minor league field this year so thats pree sweet. what state u in?
