Its going. Been slowly losing. Which is good. Been running a lot more, but still having trouble getting the right amount of calories. Seem to not be eating enough. Sad...

They help with workouts, meal plans, etc...We have to do a workout together each Saturday morning. I'm really excited about it! I've been consistently working out twice each day!! And watching my diet as well. I'll let you know Saturday how my first week went! I am very optimistic!!

I'm wanting to do both! I need to lose weight then I want to tone everything up and have a muscular physique! I consider myself to have a more bodybuilding style body rather than fitness..or figure!

I'm working on a little of both! I'm pretty muscular already, but with the extra body fat, I look very swollen! I am wanting to drop the body fat and tone up my muscles.

Hey! I had a good workout this morning! An hour of cardio...getting ready for my evening in the garage lifting! Today is chest/shoulders/triceps! Hopefully I make some improvements to my bench!! Have a good one!

I took about a month and a half off of runnning. I don't think you ever get rid of them. I think you just have to learn how to stretch and warm-up properly to minimize them. They are better now. It's amazing how fast you lose that endurance!!
