How I Started:
I played football and ran track throughout high school, but never took the workouts serious. I got back from the beach after I graduated and started going everyday.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for many reasons… helps with stress, keeps me healthy, makes me look good, it’s fun trying to transform the body, having total control of myself, the pumps, and the atmosphere.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to be the best I can be, changing my workouts and goals all the time, meeting new people at the gym, competing in lifts or other sports and last but not least pre workout supplements
BB Accomplishments:
Power cleaning 225 for 5, bench 315 for 5, 8 pull-ups with a 45 pound weight attached to a belt around my waist, 20 min 3 mile on a treadmill
