I grew up skinny, and one day in college they moved in one of those old school universal weight machines. I decided to try it out, and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
I like the results and the effect it has on me. I tried to give mountain biking and bodybuilding equal time, but bodybuilding has been winning out.

In theory I follow the following routine, because when the weather is nice I also love mountain biking:
Monday: One set of everything, upper and lower body
Tuesday: cycling
Wednesday: Three sets (increasing the weight on each set) for chest, arms, upper back - the whole upper...
