I was the fat kid in school till around like 11 years old, got tired of being tubby, then I became the skinny kid for like 9 years, long story short I got tired of being the skinny kid. In 2004 I weighed 130 lbs!

Of course not in bench. Tonight I put my mental block aside and threw the third 45 pound plate on the bar and squatted 315 finally. This was after 2x12 135lbs for warm-up, then 3x8 225lbs. I got 315 once, with some big guy behind me spotting me. This was the first time I used a spotter...
