I must be one ahead of you because it's chest/triceps for me tomorrow with a more focus on chest. : ) I can't wait. I won't have my workout partner/spotter but that's okay I plan on doing free weight chest press : )

1st comp: 2nd bodybuilding (best poser award), 2nd Male Model. (check out my videos) 2nd comp: 2nd in Male Physique (National Qualifier) so next comp is in 6 months and I will compete open Male Physique. : )

Next time you have to have someone record - I would have liked to see it. Check out my competition videos...I have a 90 second routine. I didn't like it but people said I did fine. From my stepping background I would have liked to move more but eh...
