My best buddy was sitting across from me in my bedroom...we were both fat and unhappy with our lives. We decided to do it together and start new lives!
Why I Love It:
Because improving myself is such a big part of my life...my body as well as my inside strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
I demand victory over all my flaws...I won't stop until I get it!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 125 pounds...when I get my excess skin removed I will look like a bodybuilder. Carrying around 300 pounds is HARD WORK! I ate so much and got so fat that I built natural muscle in the process!! I am going to keep my muscle and continue to pursue demanding the most out of my body!

I like P90X stuff. I also just do the machines. I learned soccer from my best bud and that has helped me lose a lot of weight!

Congratulations on all your progress. I am up to 200 and I'm only 5'4". I have had weight problems all my life and now I am 50. I am on a class of medicines that not only dramatically increase hunger but also has had a really bad effect on my metabolism. I do 40 minutes of cardio 4x weekly and strength training 2x weekly, I drink 6 of the 14oz Oh yeah shakes daily. Nothing else, Routine for 8 weeks and no results. Any feedback? what do you eat? Thanks

Wow you look awsesome! I am trying to help my mom loose weight and was wondering if I could get advice form you. She eats very clean but is too intimidated to workout at a public gym. How else can she exercise. Thanks!
