Instinctive training! If I can go heavy, I go heavy. If im not feeling it , I go for more reps. Intensity level is always through the roof. Ive been training for almost 30 yrs so I really listen to my body!
Hey man. Didn't mean to make it seem like I was shoving you off before. Diet is a LONG answer . . . so i didn't want to mislead you with some quick piece of crap advice, you know? Besides, when i coach I usually work with what an athlete already knows and does, then build forward from there, instead of telling him "do this" and "do that." I'm up for discussing, but like I mentioned, it's a LONG answer to a SHORT question.
Hey there. As far as what my training and diet consist of, well, that is a LONG answer, and would take a LOT of work on my end to teach. Sorry if I can't do more. But in the meantime you can at least listen to my new podcast, The Big Inside. New episodes every week at www.thebiginside.com, and also in the iTunes Store for free. Let me know what you think! Thanks again, man!
