I got started working out becuase i used to be 201 pounds and I was so unhappy with the way i looked. So i started working out and lost 75 pounds. I just recently gained ten pounds and i hate the way i look so its time to change again. For good!!!
Why I Love It:
You feel so good about yourself its an addiction.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lots of new music downloads for Cardio!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 75 pounds and going from size 18 to a size 4. I am now a size 6.
ITS BEEN SO LONG SINCE I WROTE ON THIS WALL. I FEEL SO BAD I USED TO USE THIS LIKE EVERYDAY. I REALIZE THAT A PERSON CAN GET INTO A LEVEL OF COMFORT FITNESS. AN EASY JOG, THE SAME WEIGHT ROUTINE THAT YOU KNOW BY HEART. BLAHH BLAA BLAAAHHH. THATS HOW I FELT ABOUT MY WORKOUTS THEN I REALIZED THAT...
Sorry to hear of your accident, I hope you are ok. That is a scary thing to have happened. I am a little bit of a country girl myself...half the time I don't know what I am doing, other imes I am sure...but doing it anyway is what makes us different than 90% of the population. Hope you stay focused...i'm here too if you ever need a friend.
Sarah, you have come so far, and that distance and time puts me to shame, my cardio definately needs work.
Your amazing, keep up the dedication and I am sure your legs will flame up ready for the trek to come.
