I used to split bi's and tri's. Once i put them together and went really heavy on tri's they just grew over night. Finally hit 405 on deadlift too but I messed my back up doing it. How about you? What is the secret to a good squat?

Yeah im enjoying it. Funny how being over there makes you appreciate the little things more. Finally getting some much needed lifting in. The transition made me lose a few training days but Im back into it again stronger than ever. How about you? When do you get back.

hey i just got back from iraq...and your goal of 315 for squat will come very quick if you stay out there. I hit 315 4 times out there. It's a great feeling. keep up the good work.
