How I Started:
Started lifting in high school on the softball team a few times a week but wasn't serious about it. Then when I decided to join the Marine Corps I started running 3 miles every day then twice a day. In january 2008 I decided to join a gym and I fell in love with it. Been at it ever since.
Why I Love It:
B/c it's all up to you to make changes. Nobody can take credit for the effort you put into it and you can't blame anyone else if you don't make a goal. It's all my hard work and dedication!!
How I Stay Motivated:
B/c im getting stronger every day...so why stop.
BB Accomplishments:
Joining the Marine Corps and getting the highest PFT score in my unit.
Deadlift=350
Squat=315 4x's
BB shoulder press: 135 6x's

Goal (Long):
Just having fun lifting. I like lifting more weight than I did in previous workouts, so my goal is to continue to do so. I want to be able to bench 225 for a few reps. But overall I just want to have fun staying in shape.

wo0o0ow tough look in the avi..i think gettin strong and lowering the body fat are 2 goals can;t be met at the same time..try to do them 1 after the other i think u r strong enough
