How I Started:
Started lifting in high school on the softball team a few times a week but wasn't serious about it. Then when I decided to join the Marine Corps I started running 3 miles every day then twice a day. In january 2008 I decided to join a gym and I fell in love with it. Been at it ever since.
Why I Love It:
B/c it's all up to you to make changes. Nobody can take credit for the effort you put into it and you can't blame anyone else if you don't make a goal. It's all my hard work and dedication!!
How I Stay Motivated:
B/c im getting stronger every day...so why stop.
BB Accomplishments:
Joining the Marine Corps and getting the highest PFT score in my unit.
Deadlift=350
Squat=315 4x's
BB shoulder press: 135 6x's

Goal (Long):
Well I think everybody would love to see their bodyfat in the single digits and I'm no different. Strong muscular women motivate me. Iris kyle to me has the perfect body so my goal is to be as close to that as possible.

wo0o0ow tough look in the avi..i think gettin strong and lowering the body fat are 2 goals can;t be met at the same time..try to do them 1 after the other i think u r strong enough
