Gain 5-10 pounds of lean muscle and possibly compete for local competitions
Goal (Long):
I want to have lean muscular body that allows me to be around 150 lbs and have big, shredded arms and ripped abs. Specifically, I want to be able to bench press atleast 225 lbs and squat 315 lbs for 1 rep-max by the end of the summer. Body fat percentage goal: 7-8%.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
