certainly have added muscle AND definition on the upper body. Thick traps, thicker upper chest/pecs, great looking abs, and solid arms and forearms. Back is also much thicker also showing solid traps and nice V shape on the way. Great job. Andre

Well my weight hasn't gone up a whole lot. maybe 5 pounds, but tone and definition make it look like its gone up a lot more.

Thanks man. Since the beginning of the year, I've really up the intensity of my workout and so far so good. Your very solidly built and lifting stats are excellent. Your way ahead of me when I was 16. Keep lifting heavy.

Certainly a solidly muscled body already with very good definition on traps, chest/pecs and arms/forearms. Good abs on the way. Continued success with your goals. André
