I found this site for my husband back a few months and then started using it myself as he suggested. I always worked out in the past but changed my lifestyle:(
Why I Love It:
I like the way I feel when I work out and after I work out too. I like to take care of myself in this way. Helps me with my gardening, etc. hobbies

Trying to look at others who have had success.

Goal (Long):
I want (need) to get this fat off. No rolls please.! I will get to or under 145lbs at the end of the 12 weeks. I will reward myself with a couple new workout suits or two and also another CD to workout with...cardio. I do not want this bulk because it is enterferring with my gardening, etc. and is very un-healthy. I feel better and move better in my hobbies without it. I want to feel good again; lite on my feet. No quick fixes for me.

Gotta stay on clean foods.  Gotta work out hard.  Gotta do cardio or I look and feel like.... well its bad.  I'm fightin the good fight / it is worth it.   Hang in there!

I am following the 12 week transformation team. M,W,F training as per the morning video, cardio everyday 35 mins. or more except sunday. I take sunday off...phew

Thanks for your comments. Make sure to try a few things. and if you can get the Eliptical it is well worth the results. I have bought all 3 and only use the eliptical.

What kind of cardio ar eyou doing? You might want to try the eliptical machine if you ar enot already.
