yes i usually do legs becuase it doubles up the test boost off the carb load I believe that is also what Dr.Serrano told me to do.

try to go with and all clean carb load
fruit,sweet,brown rice, and you wont be bloated the carbs you are eating are making you retain loads of water. just eat normal diet and add all those in all day which makes calories much higher ..cg

thx bro I really know truly that it is a superior line to most by far. I worked really hard on getting this stuff right. The question you asked I would usually eat a sweet potatoe after my leg day mid week then still also carb load on weekend also if my metabolism could handle it. All depends on the person. I would go ahead and do just weekends for a while then add mid week depends on how you are feeling. Are you still getting tighter after ou loading days
