setup workout program for tracking

ok, setup some templates for tracking purposes. im pretty much a machine so it's not really a big deal. but just incase anyone who wants to see what im doing. feel free to comment or whatev's in the workout section. bla bla bla.

ok so i guess i'll start this back up since it's been forever.  currently sitting at 9.7% BF and around 175lbs. im feeling a little small. my facial fat is almost completely gone and it's bringing out lines in the face that are buggin me. i think im gonna do a mini bulk and go back to 180. i would like to keep the BF from rising during this time so it's gonna be ultra clean bulk. im looking for about 1lb every few weeks or more. real slow. if im successful with that, i will continue up to 200lb. at that weight and body fat i should be pretty comfortable...for now.

wake up to blobs of light dragging feet thoughts into darkness allready elevate to the scale up 3 pounds, looks like fat pinch the calipers confirmed mirror casts undesirable images something must change
