How I Started:
The Air Force got me working out. But that wasn't enough, push-ups and sit-ups were boring, so I started hitting the gym with another cadet. I love it. I don't ever want to leave the gym.
Why I Love It:
I feel great. I love to have my veins bulge until they feel like they are going to rip out of my skin. I love shredding my body to pieces, only to see how much bigger I get every time.
How I Stay Motivated:
The pump I get in the gym is all I need to stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
No big ones yet. I put on 25 pounds of muscle in the first 6 months after I joined the Air Force.

it's going well got a couple minor issues.. i had to la off legs for bit old knee injury flared up... met a jacked 19 year old that im working out with
Hey. How you doing.I dont have a problem growing in my upper body, that happens quite quickly. Its my pot belly that i cant get rid of.My goal is to have a flat stomach. Then i will look ok.
