Overall Goal: Bulking hard til i reach the 170-175lb mark... then cutting to be a ripped ass 145-155lb. Currently 164-166... hit 170-172 for about 7 months, time to lean out.
I decided i needed to look good, and fill time during my spares at school, and homework was not an option.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling my muscles engorged with blood.
How I Stay Motivated:
During my first 4 months (til april '06) It was all about the beach, and personal strength goals.
Now i just love going to the gym getting good pumps and seeing new personal bests get broken! 'Getting looked at doesnt hurt either:p
BB Accomplishments:
Bench press 250lbs at 158lbs, 275 @ 168

Overall excellent health, but...
I wish to benchpress at least 275 for reps and eventually 315lbs for reps.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
4%

There are a lot of ways to introduce multiple force lines using bands with free weights, even machines. I have written a few exercise programs based on multiple force lines. Awesome stuff.
