How I Started:
I decided i needed to look good, and fill time during my spares at school, and homework was not an option.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling my muscles engorged with blood.
How I Stay Motivated:
During my first 4 months (til april '06) It was all about the beach, and personal strength goals. Now i just love going to the gym getting good pumps and seeing new personal bests get broken! 'Getting looked at doesnt hurt either:p

There are a lot of ways to introduce multiple force lines using bands with free weights, even machines. I have written a few exercise programs based on multiple force lines. Awesome stuff. Avatar pic is looking wicked, great definition in your back. Keep up the great work.
