Overall Goal: I want to gain at least 30 lbs of muscle. I don't care how long it takes. As I walk by, I want people to think, "man, I wouldn't want to mess with that guy." (Yes, this is going to take quite a while :P)

Why I Love It:
Gives me self esteem, motivates me, and helps me feel like I am accomplishing something that I didn't think I could.
How I Stay Motivated:
The soreness I get the day after working out tells me that I am improving. I live for that burn.

I added an inch and a half onto my chest in 9 days.

Goal (Long):
I want to get heavier and bigger. Because of my body type (ectomorph) and no help whatsoever from my genes, it is very difficult for me to pack on pounds. Getting bigger is one of those goals that if I can accomplish it, it means that I can accomplish anything.

Welcome to my blog. This is the first blog I've ever managed, and I'm doing it from Iraq. Go figure. For all those who wish to comment on how skinny I am (once I upload pictures) or give advice, I'm all ears.
I sponsored by TightCurves the woman supplement line of BodyWell Nutrition but it's not exclusive and I'm currently seeking other sponsorship and am willing to sign...why do you ask?
Yeah man, just stick to the basics first (protein, creatine, no, multivitamin). I'd throw in a joint supplement too. Try those out first, then move on to the hgh, test supplements if you wish.
