HOW I STARTED:

I wanted to change my life because I knew deep within my heart that i wanted to live the best life possible.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It keeps me in great shape and allows me to focus on my goals in life. I also use working out/running to clear the mind and figure things out.

I never do 2 workouts the same. I'm continually changing angles, reps, weight, and machines to always keep my body guessing on what it’s going to get next. This allows me to work all the different types of muscles and activate both the fast and slow twitch muscle fibers.

When we talk about male physique we often refer to the x-factor as being the ideal shape that we want our bodies to be in.
