Enter gym. Beast mode = "on". Attack. Destroy. Kill it. Do it over and over again until results are achieved.
I'm following the "Shortcut to Size" routine. Currently on Week 3 and making great progress.
I give it 110% every day. My goal each and every workout is to destroy my muscles and make them cry. I make sure to fuel up on carbs before each workout, and to listen to the right music to get me going. I superset my calfs or abs in between the big working sets to keep my levels high and not cool down at all.
Goal #1 is to meet my old strength levels of 2 years ago. I hope to exceed them by the time I'm done with this 12 week program.
Goal #2 is then to be able to bench press 315, to squat 405 and deadlift 500. I hope to attain all these by the end of 2013.

I basically take the primary supplements: Multivitamin, Flax and Fish oil, Glutamine, BCAA, Creatine, Protein + Casein.
