What corana Is Up To:
Sep 16, 2009
coranachanged Weight from 120.8 lbs. to 119.4 lbs., a 1.4 lb. loss in 1 day
Want to look in the mirror and smile and be proud of my body and self.
Goal (Long):
Though I am building muscle at the same time my main focus is to loose the fat from my inner and outter thighs it makes me highly uncomfortable. I'm going to be 37 real soon and I want to stay fit and healthy through my older years. And one day I would like to have a six pack but unfortunately I've had four kids so without surgery thats not gonna happen (no any good surgeons? Who will work for free haha)
Well, I'm going and going, and going I am seeing progress but seem to keep focusing on the weight which I know I need to stop doing, inches seem to be coming off and I'm seeing more definition in my biceps and legs. But wow, this is hard work. Tonight will be a fun filled Cardio session. Burn...
Everyday, I drink skimmed milk, have a can of fish, eat brown rice or wholewheat pasta, vegetables, apple and banana. The only bad thing I eat I guess is the salt content that comes with vegetable curry (I like Indian curry). I don't like cereal or baked beans.
Thanks, your help is very appreciated.
Hi Corana. I came across your comment on VPX Meltdown. I bought it along with Lipo 6x (not Black), and started with Lipo 6x.
I have sort of same condition as you did before, meaning I am now quite overweight and doing my best to get back to really fit. Can you please suggest some dietary food and times for me that you had during your initial fat loss period?
Thanks for the add & the compliment - nice to have you as a Bodyspace friend! You look like you're in terrific shape - let me know how the Lipo Black works!
Yeah the lifestyle change "diet" is the hard part. I still haven't mastered the diet change. If your comfortable sharing progress pic's to the world? Share with the group. If not be sure to take them for yourself. it's the best way to see your progress and keep you motivated..
My high speed weight scale doesn't tell me what i want to hear, but i can see the changes in my pictures and measurements.
I need to get off my butt and do more cardio.
It's my pleasure, and I'm glad you accepted my invite. I wish you much success in attaining your goals. From your Profile pic I can see that you don't have very far to go..
