My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Monday - Chest with hour of cardio
Tuesday - triceps with hour of cardio
Wednesday - back with hour of cardio
Thursday - shoulders with hour of cardio
Friday - no workout
Saturday - biceps with hour of cardio
Sunday - all leg exercises with hour of cardio

Week 1, I do six exercises for each muscle group consisting of 3 sets of 10. Free weights and machines to hit everything.

The 2nd week I exercise with maxed out weights consisting of 3 sets 10, 7, 5, to failure.
