Workout Program:
i am working out every day at 11 am im trying to keep it steady and constant. i will up my levels and resistance every week. and my work out routine will change every week to keep it fresh. but i do cardio everyday even before i lift weights

20 min on level 4 stair climber
20 min on resistance 2 on elliptical
3 times a week weight training.
lifting weights at 15 to 20 reps.
bicep curls @12lbs
triceps @12lbs
squats @100lbs
calve raises @25lbs
lunges @ 20 lbs
decline sit ups 25 lbs


i will be changing my workout program constantly . entering this site it has opened a whole new variety of work out programs and eating for me . and has made more motivation. looking at the articles has made me realize any one can be fit and look banging hot.
