How I Started:
well i've always wanted too but never had the time and help.ive had a few people want to train me but never happened. so I'm just getting started.i have great genetics and my mom used to be a body builder when she was my age. so id like to see what potential i have and how well i can do. and im tired of hearing my dad tell me i shouldn't be this chubby . and my best friend and her husband keep saying id be soo much prettier if i was thinner.. id like to live up to that potential that i see and that everyone else sees in me.
Why I Love It:
i feel great when im done i feel like ive accomplished something everyday and im looking forward to the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
my motivation for now is the kern county fire dept. most girls fail the physical testing i know ill have no problem passing but i want to be prepared and ready to go for the academy i want to be ahead of the rest and kick some major boy butt.

Goal (Long):
i want to average 135 in weight and be fit and firm with no excess fat. i would also like to gain strength in my arms stomach and legs.so that i can compete in my wake boarding competitions. i want to feel good about my self. i want people to notice i look good and feel good. my main goal to be fit in 2 to 3 months and keep it off. to eat healthier and make it a part of my life style. and hopefully be hired on the fire department. i would like to be able to maintain an avrage 4 miles running every day.ive defanitley let my self go for the last 2 years and its completly unacceptable at the age of 27 i should be fit.im 30 pounds over weight i dont seem like it compared to other women of my size or weight. but for my genetic make up i am.

i am working out every day at 11 am im trying to keep it steady and constant. i will up my levels and resistance every week. and my work out routine will change every week to keep it fresh. but i do cardio everyday even before i lift weights

just doing the Gym thing, still waiting to hear from some fed jobs I put in for. I am looking into getting in with the TSA in the admin dept and hopefully transfer up to the Fremont / Haywood area to work at either SFO or San Jose area. I need to get out of the desert. I did surpass my lifting and weight goals so I am now focused on cardio goals. I need to tie them in together so I will be ready for classes in LA.

Don't you love those written tests! If they are like any of the P.D. Test then they are so much fun. I have taken many written tests and they all seem the same. no worries, I think you passed. Good luck with the P.T test and oral boards!
