cooncarter I've been having issues with my legs. Once I receive the clear, I will return to the gym with a designed plan by ActivTrax.

alysesm Hi! well thank you!! It sounds like you are as well! How clean is your diet? The phrase "abs are made in the kitchen" couldnt be more true so what is your diet like? Also, running is a HUGE help with shredding fat off your core so maybe start off running 2 mins then walking 2 mins then repeat 10 times. Then the next week run for 3 mins, walk for 2 mins, etc until you build up to 20 mins of running :) Feb 28, 2012 9:43am
