Goal (Long):
get in the best shape i can before i go to afghan and i just ran my best pft on jun 18th '09 with a 3 mile run time of 18min 40 sec i plan on running under an 18 min 3 mile in august.i got a 296 next time im gonna get my 300 points son!
it's tough to resist only working the vanity muscles everyone sees--can only imagine how annoying that must be. the only muscles i really ignore are legs and mostly because i'm running so much they are getting a workout. keep hitting it hard man--you definitely are leading the way.
so your username caught my eye. then I see you're in usmc and you won kickboxing title. damn brother, you are totally bad ass rockstar. props to you. and godspeed on your tour of duty. highest respect there man.
Care to share your leg workout with me. Mine is squats, leg presses leg extensions, leg curls and calf raizes. I use heavy weight. My quads at 23" and calves at almost 16" pumped.
