How I Started:
I needed to lose weight so I started slowly until my sister gave me encouragement to start using weights and using my rebounder. Since then I have started losing weight and toning and I am feeling good about it. I dont want to bodybuild just tone
Why I Love It:
I love working out especially in the mornings as I am fresh It give me a good start for the day and I feel great after the work out as I have done something postive toward losing weight
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the red dress that my sister has as it a small size If I have a down day I just ring her for encouragement she is great
BB Accomplishments:
Doing the workout and changing my eating way I have gone down 2 sizes feel great
All my married life I have been obese and now that I am older I what a body that I coudl be proud of. I would like to wear sleeveless tops and nice fitting jeans. My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
