All of my family that is living under this house are decently motivated individuals. WE use the gym as a type of bonding time

Hey Matt, just returning the favor and sending some motivation your way. How's it going? Looking at your weight chart looks like you are losing some which is great. Things are going well .... first day back in the gym after month off ... same routine new passion and new partner ...so getting back at it hardcore...aded about 5lbs of bad weight but not bad fora month of slacking. hit it hard man!

Hey Matt, your March progress pic looks great and you are making some steady progress. Bis/tris are coming along nicely - nice bicep peak. When I get back from Disney World next week, the slacking is over and I'm going to get back on my routine. The last couple of months have been pathetic. Hope you are continuing to stay strong and dedicated. Summer is just around the corner and it will be time to go shirtless, I'm not any where ready, lol. You keep up the great progress!

Thanks Matt. You don't know how much I needed that motivation and encouragement. I've had a rough last two weeks and haven't worked out and only gotten in 3 cardio sessions. And on top of that cheated on my diet about half of those days. I just got back in the gym and on the diet today, so, much appreciated brah!
